From 22 to 24 September Gelendzhik hosted the largest hydroaviation exhibition and conference.
Experts came together from all over the country to Beriev Aircraft Company aerobaze. As always, the event distinguished by an impressive flight program with performances of the best Russian aerobatic teams and, of course, the clou - Be-200 seaplane. Again, we witnessed that the Gelendzhik Bay is the perfect background for demonstration of its abilities.
The exposition was compact and traditional, but at the same time quite lively. Many drones were presented at the exhibition - we feel, their number increased at least five times compared to the last time. Moreover, this year the unmanned technology was introduced in the flight program as well.
Although this year booth of «RUSSIAN HOUSE OF AVIATION» was not at the exposition, our company has been represented by a quite large delegation of 6 people. We always think about Gelendzhik salon as a unique platform for negotiations. Due to specific of the event, the helicopter society is represented limited there. This allows to communicate in peace and thoughtfully with those who found the opportunity to visit the exhibition, so we took advantage of it!
Within the framework of the business program, working group "ATE supply” (ATE - aviation technical equipment)" of HIA (Helicopter Industry Association) Technical Committee, established and led by our company, held a round table «Counterfeit: Law and Practice». This event was a logical continuation of the round table " Counterfeit in supply: Is it possible to eliminate the demand for inauthentic products", held during Helirussia 2016. Discussion of the bill to impose mandatory authenticity monitoring system of the components grew into a heated discussion. It is obvious that the draft law is causing concern among the market participants. As a result of the event, working group actions will be directed to report the society’s position to the legislature.
