Dear colleagues!

St. Petersburg is already hosting participants and guests of the second Russia–Africa Summit, which will be held in the northern capital from July 27 to July 28, 2023.

The participation of delegations from 39 countries of the African continent is planned. The issue of air transport support for official delegations and guests of the event is under special control of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

More than 40 applications for international flights with heads and official delegations of African countries have been received by FSUE "State ATM Corporation".

On the days of the event, all services involved in the maintenance of these flights are working in an enhanced mode. It should be noted that on the eve of the summit, in order to ensure safe and high-quality maintenance of the aircraft of distinguished guests, specialists of the branch "Air Navigation of the Northwest" of FSUE conducted additional training of personnel, which included theoretical and practical parts.

About 100 business aviation aircraft will be serviced during the summit at the airports of St. Petersburg.

All airport services of LLC "Northern Capital Air Gate", JSC "Pulkovo Airport", LLC "Jetportspb" are also working in an enhanced mode.

Halls for officials and delegations were prepared beforehand, which provide for the passage of border, customs and other types of control of guests and participants of the summit.

Special information desks are organized at airports and volunteers work.
